Keep the energy bill low! As it gets colder, try to find extra ways to keep your energy bill (and your expenses) low. Get a (or make good use of your) programmable thermostat, so you’re not heating an empty house when the family is at work or school. For example, turn the dial down to 68 when heat isn’t needed. You can also get creative and knit or crochet a throw. Or simply just grab a sweater to get more comfortable. All these ideas will keep your energy bill low, and your wallet happy!
